Role Description The Founder's Office is a role that's simple in its objective but ambitious in its scope: work directly with the founders to shape, execute, and accelerate the company's growth strategy.

This is a cross-functional,



high-ownership role that offers exposure to virtually every aspect of building and scaling a business — from strategy, business development, and partnerships to operations, technology, and organisational growth.

This is not a conventional desk job. It is an opportunity to work at the centre of an evolving sports-tech business, contribute to critical decisions, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Sports Paddock.
