Leafs and Loonies, formerly Akaount, is a Toronto-based startup for bookkeeping, payroll and tax support for self-employed and small businesses across Canada. We are hiring a founding sales and marketing team member, remote in Gujarat.

Sales: hardcore sales for a startup in finance services. You must know how to sell, follow up, and close, not just generate leads.

Marketing: you must know how to grow a startup and get leads and clients, organic first, with content, outreach, and follow up that actually turns into booked calls and clients. Target is clients closed in the first 3 months, organic, no paid budget to hide behind. This role is sales and marketing only, no bookkeeping.

Pay: Rs 7,000 per month stipend for 3 months probation, then from Rs 20,000 per month toward Rs 30,000, plus incentives and profit sharing.
