Role Description The Founder's Office – GM, Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across cities, and projects.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator to work directly with the founder and lead our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of multi-city operations, expansion and profitability—from building teams and partner networks to ensuring projects deliver on time, on quality and on margin. responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple projects. The role involves coordinating project planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and on-ground execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

The GM, Operations will work closely with the senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, set performance targets, and monitor key metrics. This role also includes building and leading cross-functional teams, improving internal processes, managing budgets, and addressing operational risks. The individual will be expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders,



ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

What you’ll own

- Operations: Lead project delivery across cities, with control over timelines, quality, safety and costs.
- Expansion: Launch recent cities and build dependable local teams, vendors and contractor networks.
- Profitability: Own operating budgets, project margins, resource productivity and commercial discipline.
- People and systems: Build accountable teams and repeatable processes that support rapid growth.
- Execution: Turn the founder’s priorities into measurable results and resolve problems on the ground.

Who we’re looking for An entrepreneurial thinker, fast learner and go-getter who takes ownership and follows through. You should bring experience leading teams and project-driven operations, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to move confidently between spreadsheets, client meetings and construction sites.

Experience in EPC, construction, interiors, infrastructure or multi-city service operations is preferred. Ownership and execution matter more than pedigree.
