- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial results and provide management insights on business performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Monitor budget utilization and identify variances.
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization and financial efficiency.

Business Finance & Performance Management
- Support business heads with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
- Conduct profitability analysis, cost control reviews, and business performance assessments.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor cash flow, working capital,



and liquidity requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
- Ensure productive utilization of funds and optimize cash management.

Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Coordinate audits, tax assessments, and statutory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and external consultants.

Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management frameworks.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
