Company Description PowerDMARC is a Domain Trust Platform that protects organizations by securing their domains from end to end, covering email authentication, deliverability, reputation, and DNS compliance. Team members contribute to a rapidly growing cybersecurity and compliance setting, focused on safeguarding digital identities and communication channels.

Role summary The Financial Controller owns accounting, tax compliance, treasury, intercompany and financial analytics for a multi entity SaaS group operating across the US, GCC and the UK. The role reports to the CEO, leads a small accounting team and manages external accountants, auditors and tax advisors.

Key responsibilities (NOT LIMITED TOO)

Accounting and reporting

- Own the consolidated financial statements for the group.
- Own the month end close across all entities and the finance systems
- Own revenue recognition and deferred revenue schedules in line with SaaS accounting standards.
- Produce monthly management reporting, budgets and forecasts

Tax and intercompany

- Ensure corporate tax, indirect tax and statutory filings are complete and on time in all jurisdictions.
- Implement and maintain the group transfer pricing model across all operating entities, including documentation and intercompany agreements.
- Manage intercompany invoicing, settlements and reconciliations.




- Plan and execute dividend distributions across the group, including board resolutions, book entries and withholding tax.

Treasury

- Manage cash, banking and multi currency treasury across the group.
- Own cash forecasting and working capital, including receivables collection and payables.
- Manage payroll and contractor payments across entities.

Analytics

- Own SaaS metrics reporting: ARR, MRR, net revenue retention, churn, cohorts, CAC and LTV.
- Build and maintain unit economics by product, segment, channel and region.
- Analyse pricing, discounting, renewals and partner commissions and recommend actions.
- Deliver a monthly KPI pack and dashboards for the leadership team.
- Partner with sales and marketing on the pipeline to revenue forecasting and quota planning.

Audit, controls and advisors

- Lead statutory audits and act as finance counterpart to auditors and advisors.
- Manage external accountants, auditors and tax advisors.
- Maintain internal controls and group finance policies.
- Support due diligence, investor and acquirer reporting.

Team

- Lead, develop and manage the accounting team.

Requirements

- ACCA, CPA or CA qualified with active
- 10+ years in finance, including 5+ years in a multi entity, multi jurisdiction group.
- Previous SaaS experience is a must, including revenue recognition and SaaS metrics.
- US corporate tax experience is a must.
- Transfer pricing experience is a must.
- Hands on experience with cloud accounting and subscription billing systems
- Proven experience managing a finance team.
- Fluent English
