Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Dimois College of Business in Kozhikode. The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support the college’s strategic and operational goals.

The Finance

Manager will monitor cash flow, manage accounting processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and institutional policies. The position also collaborates with academic and administrative departments to analyze financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and support data-driven decision-making.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to manage institutional finances effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis and reporting, including proficiency in interpreting data and preparing management reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial controls and compliance, including familiarity with audit processes and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets, ERP systems, or accounting applications.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field are preferred; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, CFA) are an added advantage.
