Role Description The Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing core financial operations and supporting the company’s financial health. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role involves handling GST compliance, maintaining records for audits, and supporting tax-related documentation and filings.

The Finance

Executive will analyze financial data to identify trends, assist in budgeting and forecasting,



and provide insights that support business decisions. Collaboration with internal teams, coordination with external auditors or consultants, and adherence to regulatory requirements are integral aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with practical experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including periodic management reports and compliance-related documentation.
- Working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and hands-on experience with GST filings and reconciliations.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying variances, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
