Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Face-to-Face Fundraising Executive who will serve as an ambassador of HEH Foundation.

The successful candidate will engage with individuals, professionals, corporate communities, and potential supporters through face-to-face interactions, presenting our charitable initiatives and inspiring individuals to become long-term supporters and contributors.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, confidence, and a genuine passion for social development.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent HEH Foundation professionally at public spaces, corporate establishments, community events, exhibitions, and designated outreach locations.
- Engage with prospective donors, philanthropists, professionals, and socially conscious individuals through meaningful face-to-face conversations.
- Effectively communicate the organization's vision, mission,



charitable initiatives, and social-impact objectives.
- Inspire individuals to support our humanitarian initiatives through regular and one-time contributions.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective and existing donors.
- Identify potential fundraising opportunities and establish new donor acquisition channels.
- Achieve individual and team fundraising targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate the importance and measurable impact of charitable contributions.
- Maintain accurate donor information, fundraising records, and daily activity reports.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising, Marketing, and Outreach teams to strengthen donor engagement and organizational growth.
- Uphold the organization's values, ethical fundraising practices, and professional standards at all times.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- A confident, approachable, and professional personality.
- A genuine interest in philanthropy, humanitarian work, and social development.
- The ability to independently engage with people from diverse professional and social backgrounds.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Solid relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Willingness to undertake field-based fundraising activities.

Educational Qualification: Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant skills and experience may apply.





Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face fundraising, donor acquisition, field sales, customer engagement, business development, or public relations will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
