Role Description The Executive Robotics and AI Trainer is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves delivering structured training sessions on robotics, robotic welding, and AI-related applications to students and professionals, using industry-relevant tools and equipment. The trainer will design and update course materials, lab exercises, and assessments, ensuring content is aligned with current technologies and safety standards.

Daily tasks include preparing training plans, conducting demonstrations, supervising hands-on lab work, troubleshooting technical issues with robots and equipment, and providing individual guidance to learners. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to refine training programs,



maintaining training infrastructure through preventive maintenance, documenting session outcomes, and supporting events such as workshops, competitions, and industry outreach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including configuration, programming basics, and safe handling.
- Candidates should possess experience in Robotic Welding, including setup, parameter selection, and quality inspection for training scenarios.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for robotic systems, controllers, and peripheral equipment, with a methodical approach to diagnosing issues.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance capabilities for robots and lab equipment, including routine inspections, calibration, and documentation.
- Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics engineering (diploma or degree) is preferred.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in robotics, automation, or industrial systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to design clear training materials, explain complex concepts in simple terms, and engage diverse learner groups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with academic and industry stakeholders.
- Familiarity with basic AI concepts and their application in robotics is an advantage.
