Niche Racing & Livestock

Niche Racing & Livestock is looking for an experienced and passionate Equestrian Manager to oversee horse management, stable operations and racing activities.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in thoroughbred horse racing, including former jockeys, professional horse trainers and experienced racing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee horse management, fitness, health and stable operations.

Coordinate training schedules, race entries and racing activities.

Work closely with trainers, jockeys, veterinarians and reliable staff.

Monitor horse performance, training progress and racing potential.

Manage horse-wise accounts, operational expenses and budgets.

Maintain racing records, documentation and administrative operations.





Supervise stable staff and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements

5–8 years of relevant experience in horse racing or equestrian management.

Strong practical knowledge of thoroughbred horses and racing operations.

Experience as a professional jockey or horse trainer will be preferred.

Understanding of racing accounts, horse-related expenses and budgeting.

Strong leadership, coordination and management skills.
