Role OverviewTechsharingb is hiring experienced Enterprise Server Field Support Engineers (L2) to support our enterprise and hyperscaler customers.

We are looking for engineers with strong hands-on experience in enterprise x86 server hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, break/fix support and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot enterprise server hardware failures involving CPUs, memory, motherboards, PSUs, storage, RAID controllers, NICs and cooling components.
- Perform hardware break/fix, component replacement, preventive maintenance and post-repair validation.
- Troubleshoot BIOS/UEFI, firmware, driver and operating system-related issues.
- Analyse hardware alerts, system logs and diagnostic outputs to isolate faults.
- Handle service tickets, document findings and escalate complex issues to senior/OEM support teams.
- Coordinate RMA, spare parts replacement and service case updates.
- Communicate technical updates to customers and follow approved SOPs and safety procedures.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on enterprise x86 server support and break/fix experience.
- Experience with enterprise server platforms such as Dell, HPE/HP,



EMC-related infrastructure or Supermicro.
- Strong hardware fault isolation, diagnostics and component replacement skills.
- Working knowledge of BIOS/UEFI, firmware, RAID/storage and server management interfaces.
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Experience handling customer-facing incidents and escalating complex issues to senior/OEM engineers.
- Good English communication, technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work rotational shifts.

Positive to Have

- Experience supporting large enterprise or hyperscaler data centers.
- Exposure to GPU servers or liquid-cooling infrastructure.
- CompTIA Server+ or relevant server/OS certifications.

Training & EnablementCustomer/OEM-provided training and supervised OJT will be arranged for GPU servers, liquid-cooling systems and associated maintenance activities. Prior Supermicro, GPU or liquid-cooling experience is not mandatory.

EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline preferred. Relevant hands-on experience will be prioritised.
