About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Engineer Trainees to join our CAD and Engineering team.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who want to begin their careers in engineering design, drafting and modelling.

You will receive hands-on exposure to real-time engineering projects, industry-standard CAD tools and international project requirements while working alongside experienced engineers and technical teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing 2D engineering drawings and basic 3D models.

- Support the preparation of General Arrangement (GA) drawings, layouts and technical documentation.

- Learn to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.

- Understand and follow engineering drafting standards and quality control procedures.

- Assist senior engineers in reviewing drawings and identifying basic discrepancies.

- Maintain drawing records, revisions and project documentation.





- Participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Continuously improve technical skills, productivity and drawing accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software.

- Understanding of fundamental engineering concepts.

- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings.

- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to 3D tools such as SolidWorks, Tekla, Inventor or Advance Steel.

- Basic understanding of steel structures, detailing or fabrication drawings.

- Interest in engineering design, modelling and emerging technologies.
