Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at SUZLON GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, review, and optimize electrical systems for real estate and infrastructure projects, including power distribution layouts, equipment specifications, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with project managers, architects, and contractors, and conducting site inspections to ensure safe and reliable electrical installations. The role also involves performing load calculations, supporting commissioning and troubleshooting activities, and recommending improvements for energy efficiency and system performance.

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core electrical engineering principles, including Electricity and Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design for building and infrastructure projects, including preparing schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Power Distribution systems in commercial or residential facilities, focusing on reliability and safety.
- Knowledge of Power Systems, including protection, load flow, and system performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IS standards) and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, use CAD or similar design tools, and work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on-site.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
