The company serves a broad range of industries with a compressed air treatment portfolio that includes refrigeration and desiccant-based air dryers, compressed air filters, air/gas after coolers, moisture separators, and condensate management systems. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, develop, and review electrical systems for thermal engineering and compressed air treatment equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Daily responsibilities include preparing electrical schematics, performing load calculations, supporting power distribution design, and collaborating with mechanical and project engineering teams to integrate electrical solutions into complete systems. The role involves participating in installation and commissioning activities,



troubleshooting electrical issues in existing equipment, and supporting maintenance teams with technical guidance and documentation.

The Electrical

Engineer will also contribute to compliance with relevant standards, support continuous improvement of products and processes, and coordinate with suppliers and customers on technical requirements as needed.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity principles, with the ability to apply them to industrial systems.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design, including preparing schematics, selecting components, and ensuring safety and reliability.
- Experience with Power Systems, including analysis, protection, and integration with industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of Power Distribution in industrial environments, including panels, cabling, grounding, and load management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety practices for industrial installations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and control diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting electrical equipment is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and project engineers.
- Prior experience in thermal engineering, HVAC, compressed air systems, or aerospace/defense projects is beneficial.
