Role Overview The Director will assume strategic and academic leadership of the institution, advancing excellence in teaching, research, accreditation, industry partnership and student outcomes. This is a leadership mandate for a visionary academic capable of strengthening JKBS's scholarly reputation and extending its national and global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overarching academic and administrative leadership to the institution
- Drive curriculum innovation in alignment with evolving industry practice and regulatory requirements
- Lead faculty recruitment, career development, and research output




- Cultivate and strengthen corporate, industry, and international academic partnerships
- Oversee admissions, placements, and student engagement initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies
- Represent the institution at academic, industry, and public forums
- Steward budgets, institutional resources, and the long-term growth strategy

Eligibility and Qualifications

- A Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
- A minimum of 12 years of academic and administrative experience, including senior leadership roles within a business school
- A demonstrable record of research publication, academic leadership, and institution-building
- Exceptional networking, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Prior experience with accreditation processes is desirable
