We are looking for a responsible and proactive Dispatch Executive / SAP Executive to handle sales coordination, shop-floor dispatch activities, and SAP operations in our Machine Shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Monitor finished goods availability and coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC and Stores teams.
- Prepare and execute daily dispatch plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle sales order processing and dispatch-related transactions in SAP.
- Generate delivery challans, invoices and other dispatch documents through SAP.
- Update material movements, stock details and dispatch status in SAP.
- Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams for customer delivery requirements.
- Ensure proper material identification, packing, documentation and dispatch clearance.
- Maintain daily dispatch records, pending order details and MIS reports.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion of dispatch activities.

Required Skills





- Practical knowledge of SAP (SD / MM modules preferred).
- Knowledge of sales order processing and dispatch documentation.
- Experience in Machine Shop / Manufacturing / Precision Engineering industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate independently with shop-floor teams.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with good SAP knowledge may also apply.
