Role Description This full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role is based in the Pune Division and focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, oversee social media presence, and drive lead generation activities aligned with business goals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights.



The person in this role will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing skills to manage platforms, grow engagement, and support brand awareness.
- Lead Generation experience to design and run performance-oriented campaigns that drive qualified prospects.
- Web Analytics skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Solid communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Experience with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad managers, marketing automation).
- Proven experience in a digital marketing or related managerial role; background in agency or B2B environments is beneficial.
- In Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
