Role: Digital & Performance Marketer
- We are looking for a full-time, on-site Digital & Performance Marketer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, optimizing SEO, and running data-led digital campaigns to engage, convert, and retain the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Manage and grow social media presence with creative and engaging campaigns
- Drive SEO strategies to boost brand visibility and organic reach
- Monitor,
analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative, design, and branding teams to align campaigns with brand strategy
- Stay updated with digital trends and implement innovative strategies
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
- Strong understanding of branding strategies and design principles
- Proficiency in analyzing data & identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented team player with strong interpersonal abilities
