Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities to build UJUR’s brand presence and drive engagement across digital channels.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital campaigns, overseeing social media accounts, creating and optimizing web content, and monitoring performance metrics to improve reach and conversion. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align messaging with product and business goals, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting online community growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bargarh.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform-specific optimization.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including creating concise, persuasive, and user-focused digital copy.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including tracking performance, interpreting data, and reporting insights for continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing tools, analytics dashboards) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple campaigns, and interest in healthcare technology are advantageous.
