Key Responsibilities

- Design structural components and assemblies using CAD tools
- Perform FEA (static, modal, buckling, fatigue, thermal) and interpret results
- Prepare meshing, load cases, and boundary conditions for simulations
- Optimize designs for strength, weight, and cost
- Create 2D drawings, BOMs, and documentation with GD&T;
- Coordinate with manufacturing, testing, and cross-functional teams
- Support prototype t`esting and correlate test data with analysis
- Prepare technical reports and design review presentations

Required Skills
- Analysis/FEA: ANSYS, HyperMesh (Abaqus, Nastran, or OptiStruct is a plus)
- CAD: SolidWorks, CATIA
- Robust fundamentals in strength of materials, machine design, and mechanics
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering standards
- Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes (casting, welding, sheet metal, machining)

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (M.Tech preferred) in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field
- Freshers with strong academic projects or internships are welcome
- 3–5 years of relevant experience for experienced candidates
