Role Description The Deputy Relationship Manager – Housing Loans is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. In this position, the individual manages and grows a portfolio of housing loan customers by acquiring new clients, maintaining ongoing relationships, and providing timely, customer-centric service. Daily responsibilities include explaining housing loan products, assessing customer needs and eligibility, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams for processing, and ensuring smooth disbursement of loans.

The role also involves tracking loan performance, supporting collection efforts when needed, and adhering to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.

The Deputy Relationship

Manager will contribute to branch-level business targets,



participate in local marketing and outreach activities, and maintain accurate records and reports to support decision-making and compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term banking relationships.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, cross-selling of banking products, and achievement of housing loan targets.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of housing loan products, basic credit assessment, documentation requirements, and regulatory norms related to retail lending.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interaction with diverse customer segments.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate customer profiles, identify risks, and propose suitable housing loan solutions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic computer applications and banking systems for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail banking, housing finance, or financial services relationship roles.
- Candidates should typically hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in finance, commerce, or business administration is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate high ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment while complying with internal and regulatory guidelines.
