At EMO Energy, we’re looking for a proactive and field-oriented Deployment Specialist to join our Bangalore team and help drive EV deployment, rider onboarding, and fleet operations.
⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive rider onboarding and conversion through field engagement
- Execute vehicle deployment across charging stations
- Coordinate rider documentation and vehicle handovers
- Ensure vehicle readiness and smooth deployment
- Work closely with station, logistics, and service teams
- Track daily deployment activities and operational reports
? What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, onboarding, sales,
or deployment
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with field travel and a fast-paced work environment
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
