Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented DGM - Admissions to lead and drive the admissions function across multiple schools.

Location: Mumbai & Thane

Reporting To: Head of Admissions

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets across schools.
- Lead, mentor and manage Admission Counsellors to drive performance and conversions.
- Oversee the complete admission journey, from enquiry to enrolment.
- Implement and monitor admission SOPs, CRM processes and MIS dashboards.




- Ensure a seamless parent experience and timely follow-ups across campuses.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive BTL activities, lead generation and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular campus visits to monitor processes, train teams and improve performance.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and admission data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Principals, Heads of Schools and senior management to strengthen admission strategies.

Desired Profile
- Robust experience in Admissions Management within the education sector.
- Proven track record in achieving admission targets and driving conversions.
- Experience in leading and developing admissions teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM, MIS, SOPs and lead management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in K-12 / International Schools will be preferred.
