Mandatory: US Healthcare Payer / Provider experience & Platforms Exp - Facets, QNXT, HRP, Edifecs, or Epic Tapestry.

Scope:

- End-to-end delivery of large-scale US Healthcare technology programs and platform services engagements.
- Strategic client relationships, executive stakeholder management, governance, and escalations.
- Portfolio ownership, including $5M+ P&L;, revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, margins, utilisation, and cost optimization.
- Global delivery teams, operational excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Healthcare platform implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, and managed services.
- Digital transformation, cloud adoption, platform engineering, data modernization, automation, and AI-led delivery improvements.
- Account growth, strategic planning, and identification of current business opportunities.

Experience & Expertise Required:





✅ 15+ years in IT services delivery, with 18+ years of overall professional experience.

✅ 8+ years working with US Healthcare Payer and/or Provider clients.

✅ Strong delivery leadership experience across healthcare platforms such as Facets, QNXT, HRP, Edifecs, or Epic Tapestry.

✅ Proven ownership of $5M+ portfolios / P&L;, including financial performance and commercial accountability.

✅ Strong understanding of healthcare workflows: enrolment, claims, billing, revenue cycle, and clinical processes.

✅ Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS requirements, FHIR, interoperability, and healthcare data security.

✅ Experience managing large, distributed global teams and complex client engagements.
