Position Overview:

The Demo Team Member is a vital part of our company, responsible for managing and facilitating the initial interactions between prospective students and tutors. This role requires a keen understanding of new admissions requirements, effective communication skills, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Demo Team Member, you will ensure that demo sessions are seamlessly arranged and executed, providing a positive first experience for both parents and tutors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand new admissions requirements in coordination with the Sales team
- Search and shortlist suitable tutors from edvi’s database
- Contact tutors to check availability for demo sessions
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes between parents and tutors




- Send reminders and ensure demos are conducted smoothly
- Collect post-demo feedback from parents and tutors
- Assist in finalizing class schedules if parents choose to enroll
- Support parents with KYC and fee payment processes
- Address basic customer queries and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate records on edvi’s internal systems (demos, feedback, schedules, follow-ups)

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment

Work Schedule

6 days a week

Flexibility to work one Sunday per month (compensatory off provided)
