We are hiring enthusiastic, confident, and motivated candidates for a part-time US Cold Calling and Data Entry process based out in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the confidence to communicate with US-based customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential US-based customers
- Introduce company products and services
- Communicate professionally in English
- Maintain and update customer information in the database
- Perform daily data entry tasks
- Follow calling scripts and company guidelines





Required Skills:

- Valuable English communication skills
- Clear voice and confident speaking ability
- Basic computer and typing knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with US outbound cold calling
- Punctual and target-oriented
