Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries and explain GUT-iCARE's services and programs.
- Schedule, confirm and follow up on consultations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support customer conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with doctors, dietitians and internal teams.




- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support customer retention and ongoing engagement.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive organizational, follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support, telecalling or healthcare services is preferred.
