Job Purpose:

To manage existing customers, onboard new customers, and ensure effective customer engagement to drive business growth in domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular telephonic communication.
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, product updates, offers, and business requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and encourage repeat business.
- Recent Customer Onboarding
- Identify and connect with potential new customers.
- Explain the company’s products and offerings to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
- Collect required customer information and documentation for onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely customer onboarding.
- Maintain updated records of newly onboarded customers.




- Track and report the outcomes of activation activities.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily/weekly records of calls, customer follow-ups, new onboardings, and activation activities.
- Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other relevant departments as required.
- Achieve assigned customer management, onboarding, and activation targets.
