GenC Media is a digital agency built for the content generation. We handle social media, content and performance marketing for brands, cafés, restaurants, universities and creators across India.

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Strategist who can plan content and also be hands-on during shoots. You'll own ideas, research and calendars for our clients, and work on set with our videographer to bring that content to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate content concepts for client brands across Instagram and other platforms
- Research trends, competitors and audiences to guide content direction
- Build and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients
- Shoot photos and videos on iPhone when required
- Style products and set up frames during shoots
- Support the videographer on set and coordinate shoot requirements




- Track content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in content strategy, social media or a creative agency
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content
- Ability to shoot good-quality photos and videos on a phone
- Eye for product styling, colours and composition
- Organised, able to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- Comfortable working hybrid from Ahmedabad

Good to Have

- Basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, Lightroom or similar)
- A portfolio or Instagram page showing your work
