About NexCap

NexCap is a stock-market and personal finance brand that makes investing simple for Indian audiences through short videos, social media and long-form content. We are looking for an experienced Content Manager and Writer to own our content across social media and our blog, and to join our team on-site in Mumbai.

About the Role

You will plan, write and manage all NexCap content end to end, from ideas and research to publishing and performance tracking. Success in this role means a consistent, high-quality content calendar, growing reach and engagement across platforms, and a clear, trustworthy NexCap voice.

Responsibilities

- Own the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and the NexCap blog
- Write and edit blog articles, social posts, captions, newsletters and short-video scripts on stock markets, investing and personal finance
- Turn market news, company stories and finance concepts into simple, engaging content for Indian audiences
- Manage the content workflow with video editors, designers and freelancers, and make sure deadlines are met
- Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched and compliant,



with no misleading claims
- Optimise blog content for SEO and social posts for each platform
- Track performance (reach, engagement, traffic, followers) and use the data to improve content
- Keep up with social media trends, formats and the finance creator space

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in content writing and content management, ideally in finance, fintech or media
- Excellent written English; Hindi/Hinglish writing is a strong plus
- Positive understanding of the Indian stock market and personal finance
- Proven experience managing a content calendar and multiple social channels
- Working knowledge of SEO, a blog CMS (e.g., WordPress) and social media analytics
- Strong research, editing and project management skills
- A portfolio of published blogs and social content
