Boketto is an invite-only travel and social experiences brand built for Gen Z and millennials who would rather meet the world than just see it.

We curate group trips where strangers set out together and come back as friends. With 500+ trips completed and 10,000+ travellers hosted, we’re building a distinctive brand at the intersection of travel, community and culture.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, culturally aware Content Strategist to own Boketto’s content strategy and storytelling across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute monthly content strategies and calendars aligned with brand and business objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Conceptualise creative reels, campaigns, social-first storytelling formats and original content series.

•⁠ ⁠Understand Gen Z and millennial audiences, internet culture, emerging trends and platform behaviour.

•⁠ ⁠Translate Boketto’s trips,



traveller stories and community experiences into compelling content.

•⁠ ⁠Write creative briefs, scripts, hooks, captions and campaign concepts.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with designers, video editors, content creators and the social media team to execute ideas end to end.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a consistent brand voice, storytelling style and communication across platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor content performance, identify patterns and continuously improve the strategy using data and audience insights.

•⁠ ⁠Build a structured content pipeline that enables the team to plan ahead and deliver consistently.

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of content quality, timelines and execution from ideation to publishing.

Who We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠3–5 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, creative strategy or social media content.

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with consumer-facing brands, preferably in lifestyle, D2C, hospitality or community-led businesses.
