Invest Mindset is a financial media company with 1.1M+ subscribers, built over 6 years with zero outside funding. Now transitioning from a solo creator engine into an institutional media house and multi-stage financial services entity (staged expansion into a SEBI-registered Research Analyst firm, PMS, and future AMC).

We are looking for an Operational Co-Founder / COO - Chief Operating Officer (an "Integrator") to run backend execution and systems while the founder focuses entirely on content strategy, storytelling and being the face of the brand.

What You Will Own:

1. Production Pipelines: Build and run end-to-end Notion/Airtable workflows for long-form videos, shorts, and podcasts. Maintain a strict rolling buffer of 3 completed videos and zero missed publish dates.
2. Team Hiring & Management: Source, vet, and manage creative talent (scriptwriters, video editors, thumbnail artists, and community leads).
3. Revenue Infrastructure: Operationalize backend systems for paid investor memberships, structured cohort courses, and eventual regulatory onboarding funnels.
4. Founder Leverage: Take operational tasks completely off the founder’s plate, driving founder operational time down to under 5 hours per week.

Compensation Model (Please Read Carefully):

This is a serious co-founding partnership, not a salaried corporate role:

Step 1: 30-day operational trial to evaluate speed, chemistry, and work quality.

Step 2: 15% to 25% equity (standard 4-year reverse vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff)



alongside a net profit-share model.

We are not offering a fixed monthly corporate salary. You will get a percentage share of the profits alongside the founder. If you require a traditional base pay, this role is not for you.
