We are looking for an experienced Operations & Client Servicing Manager who can independently manage client accounts while ensuring flawless execution of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client briefs and develop execution plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Execute BTL activations, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, profitability, billing, and documentation.




- Build and maintain a strong vendor network while ensuring cost optimization.
- Lead and mentor the operations and client servicing team.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through quality execution and timely communication.
