- Collect, organize and maintain clinical research data.
- Perform clinical data entry, review and validation.
- Review medical records and clinical documentation for accuracy.
- Identify missing information, discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Maintain clinical study trackers and documentation.
- Support clinical data cleaning and query management.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and research teams.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow research protocols.
- Assist with clinical research reporting and documentation.
- Follow SOPs and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.

- Interest in Clinical Data Management.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

- Basic knowledge of ICH-GCP.

- Familiarity with CRF/eCRF and EDC systems.
- Academic projects or internship experience in healthcare.
