About the role

Fitoverse Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Civil Design and Site Engineer with 3+ years of experience to be the first technical person a client meets. You visit the site, understand what the client wants and can afford, and turn that into a facility design and proposal that wins the project. Once sold, you hand a clean drawing-and-BOQ package to the execution team.

Roles and responsibilities

- Initial site visit – Measure the plot, record levels, soil, drainage, access, power and water; photograph and document everything needed to design without a second visit.

2 )Client requirement capture – Understand which sports, how many courts, indoor or outdoor, usage (school, college, club, apartment, commercial venue), budget and timeline.
- Design options – Prepare court and turf layouts to sport-body standards (FIFA, BWF, FIH, ITF, BCCI); typically 2–3 options at different budgets so the client can choose.
- Drawings – AutoCAD layouts, sections, sub-base build-ups, drainage,



fencing and lighting positions for turf (cricket, football), acrylic (basketball, pickleball, tennis) and PVC (badminton) facilities.
- 3D visuals – SketchUp / Lumion renders for proposals so the client sees the facility before paying for it.
- BOQ and costing – Material take-offs, quantities and cost estimates the sales team quotes from; keep estimates within agreed tolerance of actual build cost.

7 )Proposal and presentation – Write the technical part of the proposal, present it to the client, and revise until approved.

8 )Handover to execution – Pass final drawings, BOQ and site notes to the site team; stay available for clarifications during the build.

9 )Design library – Maintain standard details, templates and approved materials, and feed them into Fitoverse's in-house design tool. 10 Vendor and product awareness – Keep up with turf, acrylic, PVC and lighting products and specs so designs use the right material for the budget.

Requirements Education and experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch
- 3+ years in design or drafting for civil, landscape or outdoor works, including site surveys
- Has taken at least a few projects from site measurement to final drawing and estimate Technical skills
- Strong AutoCAD (2D plans, sections, details) • Working SketchUp for 3D layouts
- Can prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from a drawing
- Reads levels, understands sub-base, drainage and slopes
- MS Excel for BOQs and costing Client and work skills
- Comfortable meeting clients, asking the right questions and presenting a design

Good to have

- Experience with sports turf, acrylic or synthetic flooring, or landscape and outdoor sports works • Lumion or Enscape for photo-real renders
- Revit or Civil 3D
- Languages known: Tamil and English
- Interest in sports; a playing background helps when talking to clients
