About the Organization

We are a leading Events Management and Experiential Solutions company headquartered in Noida, with a team of 110+ professionals and a strong presence in the government and institutional events ecosystem.

The organisation specializes in conceptualizing, planning, and executing large-scale events, government summits, tourism events, cultural festivals, and public engagement initiatives.

With an established presence and relationships across various government departments, ministries, state governments and tourism bodies, the company is looking for an accomplished CEO to lead its next phase of growth, strengthen its market leadership and drive operational and business excellence.

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and entrepreneurial CEO with extensive experience in the Events Management Industry, particularly in handling large-scale government projects.

- The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic, commercial and operational leadership of the organisation, ensuring sustainable business growth, profitability, client satisfaction and operational excellence.




- Minimum 10+ years of experience in an Events Management Agency (not an advertising agency).
- The role requires a hands-on leader who can bring together Business Development, Client Servicing, Creative, Production, Operations, Finance, HR and other functions to deliver exceptional results.
- Demonstrable relationships with central or state government departments, ministries or tourism boards.
- Experience leading multiple departments, not just Business Development or Client Servicing.
- Experience managing a sizeable employee base and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of P&L;, revenue, profitability and business scaling.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the events business, established relationships within government circles, and the ability to drive business growth while managing multiple functional teams.
- Must have experience working with an Events Management Company / Events Agency
