We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and business-oriented professional to work closely with our CMD and drive strategic growth, business transformation, and expansion initiatives across our diverse F&B; and luxury hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory & Business Insights

Partner closely with the CMD to define, articulate, and execute the group’s overarching long term vision, growth agenda, and capital allocation strategy.

Provide comprehensive, data-driven overviews of the business across all verticals (Luxury Events & Catering, Luxury Indoor Banqueting – Jade Garden, Restaurants & Cloud Kitchen and F&B; Integrated Services)—evaluating unit economics, operational bottlenecks, revenue leakages, and profit opportunities.

Synthesize multi-unit P&Ls;, balance sheets, and key operating metrics into clear, actionable executive dashboards and decision decks for the CMD.

New Business Incubation & Expansion

Co-drive new business ventures, luxury brand partnerships, concept launches, and strategic rollouts from inception through execution alongside the CMD.

Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, market entry analyses, and due diligence for greenfield projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Lead project management for critical growth initiatives, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets, and operational benchmarks.

Operational Excellence & Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance, operational, and talent reviews across properties to identify productivity improvements, margin enhancements,



and luxury service consistency.

Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and consumer behaviors within the luxury hospitality space to proactively capitalize on emerging market niches.

Executive Mobility & Regional Development

Accompany the CMD on domestic and international travel to conduct property reviews, explore prime real estate, evaluate recent territory opportunities, and cultivate high-profile stakeholder relationships.

Key Candidate Profile

Background: Proven track record in corporate strategy, business planning, or financial leadership within the Hospitality / Luxury F&B; sector.

Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred; an MBA from a top tier institution with a solid finance foundation is also an advantage.

Industry Acumen: In-depth familiarity with luxury lifestyle dynamics, high-end guest experiences, luxury dining unit economics, cost of sales (COGS), manpower optimization, and hospitality vendor management.

Strategic & Analytical Depth: Exceptional financial modeling, forensic P&L; analysis, risk assessment, and executive presentation capabilities.

Mobility & Flexibility: Based in Mumbai with the readiness and enthusiasm to travel frequently alongside the CMD for site visit, market scoping, and partner discussions.

Executive Presence: Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, characterized by high discretion, resilience, and the ability to influence senior business heads and external partners.
