About the RolePhysicsWallah Institute of Innovation is looking for passionate and driven professionals to join its Career Services team. The role involves training and mentoring students to enhance their communication, professional skills, and overall employability, while supporting the execution and operations of Career Excellence initiatives.

We are hiring for two levels within the same department, with responsibilities aligned to the candidate's experience and capabilities.

Position 1: Associate / Senior AssociateExperience: 1–3 years The Associate / Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting student training sessions, supporting career readiness initiatives, coordinating assessments, and maintaining student progress records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct sessions on communication skills, soft skills, resume building, and interview preparation.
2. Facilitate mock interviews, group discussions, and interactive learning activities.
3. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their professional development.
4. Coordinate student assessments, mock interviews, and group discussions.
5. Prepare assessment materials, schedules, evaluation rubrics, and training documentation.
6. Track student progress, maintain records, and prepare periodic reports.
7. Identify student learning gaps and support the implementation of improvement plans.
8. Assist in the execution of workshops, training schedules, and other Career Excellence initiatives.

Position 2: ManagerExperience:



3–8 years The Manager will take ownership of training and operational delivery within the Career Services function, ensuring effective execution of student development initiatives, assessment processes, and employability improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and execution of student training programs covering communication, soft skills, resume building, and interview preparation.
2. Design and implement structured training plans, assessment frameworks, and student development initiatives.
3. Oversee mock interviews, group discussions, assessments, and other career readiness activities.
4. Monitor student performance and employability metrics, identify learning gaps, and drive improvement initiatives.
5. Manage training schedules, operational processes, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
6. Ensure consistency and quality in training delivery, assessments, and student feedback mechanisms.
7. Mentor team members and support their development in training delivery and operational execution.
8. Drive continuous improvement in Career Excellence processes, student engagement, and overall program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA in HR or a related specialisation will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in training, mentoring, and student development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.
- Robust organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
