Role Description The Admissions Counselor – Edtech will work full time in office in Noida, India, guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for practical psychology and mental health courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting initial consultations, explaining course offerings and learning outcomes, and helping applicants select programs that fit their goals. The role involves managing leads, following up with prospective learners, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and enrollment.

The counselor will also provide clear,



empathetic support to learners and ensure a smooth onboarding experience from first contact through enrollment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, learner-centered support throughout the admissions journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including consultative selling, lead follow-up, and conversion of inquiries into enrollments.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education-focused environments, preferably in edtech, counseling, psychology, or related fields.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools, strong organizational and time-management skills, and basic data reporting capabilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Business, or a related discipline is preferred, along with prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student support roles.
