About the Role

Aimlay is hiring enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executives (Admission Counselors) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and working professionals, understanding their educational requirements, promoting academic programmes, and converting potential leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through outbound calls (leads provided by the company).
- Promote and sell online courses and academic programmes.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.




- Convert interested prospects into confirmed admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximise conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Share daily and weekly sales performance reports with the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer interactions.
- Interest in sales, business development, and the EdTech industry.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹42,000.
- Provident Fund (PF).
