Role Overview:

This exciting role of Manager - Ad Operations requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing end-to-end digital campaign setup, QA, trafficking, and delivery across ad-serving platforms such as CM360, Innovid, and Adform.
- Ensure campaigns meet quality standards and resolve tracking, tagging, or delivery issues when required.
- Work closely with account managers, clients, and internal teams to support smooth campaign execution across markets.




- Ability to drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ad-serving platforms, verification tools, and campaign management processes.
- Use campaign data and reporting tools to review performance and support optimization opportunities.
- Manage and mentor junior Ad Operations team members, supporting their training and day-to-day work.
- Keep up with ad-tech updates and new platform capabilities to improve campaign delivery and efficiency.
- Plan and allocate workloads across the team to ensure campaigns are adhering the SLA and resources are used effectively.
- Provide regular feedback and performance guidance to help team members develop their technical and operational skills.
- Act as an escalation point for complex campaign or platform issues, supporting the team in resolving operational challenges.

Required Qualifications

- A full time graduate degree
- 8–10 years of hands‑on ad operations experience spanning campaign setup, trafficking, QA, reporting and optimization across digital channels.
- 5+ Years for Project/People management exp., along with stakeholder management experience
- Expert-level proficiency in ad-serving and ad verification platforms.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex ad‑serving, tagging, and tracking issues with strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving capability.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, onshore partners, and support critical client‑related conversations.
- Strong command of Excel/data interpretation and comfort working within structured workflows and quality assurance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
