Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive role based in Ghaziabad.

The Accounts

Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting with bank reconciliations, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities.

Executive will help prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, and coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation. The position also includes maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards,



company policies, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and familiarity with basic financial statements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and data analyses.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, invoicing, and statutory compliance relevant to business operations, including GST and TDS (where applicable).
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external auditors, and vendors.
