At Latrivex™, we are building a Trust Operating System designed to secure mission-critical AI workloads through runtime integrity, policy enforcement and cryptographic attestation.

We are looking for 3 full-time Founding Partners:

? 1. Co-Founder & CTO

Expertise: Distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, Kubernetes and secure platform engineering.

Mandate: Lead technical architecture, core engineering and enterprise readiness.

? 2. Co-Founder & Chief Research Officer

Expertise: Applied cryptography, Post-Quantum Cryptography, AI/ML research, ZKP, FHE and privacy-preserving computation.

Mandate: Drive DeepTech research, cryptographic innovation, technical validation and IP development.

? 3. Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer

Expertise: B2B DeepTech GTM, enterprise cybersecurity sales, strategic partnerships, FinTech and customer acquisition.

Mandate: Build enterprise relationships, secure design partners, drive paid pilots and establish revenue channels.

FOUNDING PARTNERSHIP

- Meaningful equity, individually negotiated.
- Full time commitment.
- Mandatory minimum personal capital investment of ₹5,00,000 per co-founder.
- Investment and role-based equity evaluated separately.




- Proposed 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff.
- Formal Founders' Agreement, SHA and IP assignment.
- Active participation in company strategy and execution.

This is an equity-and-investment-based founding partnership, not a conventional employment opportunity.

12-MONTH MILESTONES

- Deliver Latrivex ™ Pilot and measurable security benchmarks.
- Advance PQC and AI security research.
- Develop proprietary IP and evaluate patent filings.
- Publish technical whitepapers.
- Secure 3–5 enterprise design-partner pilots.
- Establish partnerships and repeatable GTM.
- Prepare for institutional pre-seed fundraising.
