Role Description The Accountant at RAAMZ LABEL will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad will involve preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and cost analysis, and monitoring cash flow to support business decisions. The role includes ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, as well as coordinating with external auditors and consultants when needed.

The Accountant will also support inventory valuation, track expenses related to production and retail operations,



and provide timely financial reports to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in tax compliance, statutory filings, and familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, financial analysis, cost tracking, and cash flow management.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple financial activities in a retail or fashion business environment.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with management, vendors, and auditors.
- Relevant education such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial, along with a willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
