POSITION - ACCOUNTS HEAD
LOCATION - KOLHAPUR
Roles & Responsibility -
Lead Accounts operations and manage the team.
Ensure timely financial closure and accurate reporting as per Ind AS.
Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
Review MIS, budgets, profitability and working capital.
Manage audits, internal controls and account reconciliations.
Ensure listed-company compliance and regulatory reporting.
Drive cost control, process automation and continuous improvement.
Desired Experience -
10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including team leadership.
Solid expertise in taxation, financial reporting, auditing and Ind AS.
Proficiency in ERP & Oracle system.
Listed-company and SEBI reporting experience preferred.
Desired Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA)
