Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based at our Jaipur location. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll, supporting tax and statutory compliance, and preparing periodic financial reports for management. The role also involves monitoring costs, supporting budgeting activities, coordinating with external auditors and vendors, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.



The Accountant will collaborate with management and other departments to provide accurate financial data that supports decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, or similar tools) and solid skills in MS Excel and other office applications.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, management reports, and assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and inventory-related accounting.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or textiles/apparel environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
