Role Description The Business Development Trainee internship role at Crio.Do is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support business growth by identifying prospective learners or partners, assisting with lead generation activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential customers through calls or messages, addressing basic inquiries, and sharing information about Crio.Do’s programs and offerings.

The trainee will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams,



contribute to outreach campaigns, and help optimize processes based on data and feedback. This role is designed to provide structured training in business development and exposure to the ed-tech industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with prospects and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and basic understanding of sales or outreach processes.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with CRM tools, proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort with phone and online communication are beneficial.
- Preferred qualifications include current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and an interest in the technology or ed-tech sector.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and eagerness to learn and take initiative.
