Hyetron Energy is a technology-driven company operating in the emerging green hydrogen and clean-energy market. We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Business Development Manager who is passionate about building long-term relationships and developing strategic growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative in an evolving environment, understand customer and market needs, and engage effectively with customers, partners, industry stakeholders, and policymakers. While 2–4 years of relevant experience is preferred, candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered if they demonstrate strong skills, learning ability, initiative, and ownership.

Responsibilities:

- Build and grow long-term relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and position Hyetron’s solutions through consultative engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to translate Hyetron’s technology into clear commercial conversations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, use cases, and markets.
- Track industry, market, and policy developments to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Hyetron professionally in customer meetings, industry forums, and ecosystem engagements.





Required Qualification:

- Strong ability to build and sustain trust-based qualified relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with a consultative approach to understanding customer needs.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, ownership, and accountability.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn technical products and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- Ability to quickly understand new markets, technologies, and business models, and operate effectively in an evolving environment.
- High integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.

Experience & Background:

- 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, customer engagement, or related roles preferred.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered based on skills, mindset, learning ability, and ownership.
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholder groups is beneficial.

Preferred Qualification:

Exposure to or strong interest in green hydrogen, clean energy, renewable energy, industrial technology, infrastructure, or emerging technologies is an advantage.
