Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients, develop strategic partnerships, and increase revenue across the robotics and electronics sectors. The role involves managing the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and generate B2B leads.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, startups, and institutional customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products.
- Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports using Zoho CRM.
- Develop business strategies and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of robotics, electronics, IoT, or embedded systems is preferred.

Onboarding and Headquarters Visits

- Initial Training: One month at our New Delhi headquarters.
- Quarterly Visits: One week at headquarters every quarter for reviews, training, and business planning.
- Boarding and lodging allowance during headquarters visits.
