Role: Business Development Executive – Industrial Projects

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our sales and business development activities.

The primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, generate business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

You will work closely with the founders and technical team, who will lead technical discussions, client consultations, proposals and project closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients, particularly manufacturing companies, industrialists, factory owners, CEOs and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Vishwakalpa's services.
- Generate business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other relevant channels.




- Initiate conversations with prospective clients and understand their preliminary project requirements.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, timelines, location and business potential.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospective clients and the technical team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure consistent engagement.
- Maintain and update lead information, communication history and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track leads through different stages of the sales pipeline and provide regular reports.
- Work towards defined lead generation, meeting and business development targets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, inside sales or lead generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi would be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, cold calling and communicating with senior professionals.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Robust follow-up, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
